Requirements

• RN with a current valid nursing license.

• Experience in adult and pediatric home health care.
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes.
• Utilize electronic charting with CareConnect.
• Participate in in-house education and training programs.
• Communicate with clients and families to ensure comfort, independence, and dignity.
