About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care, a non-profit organization with 50 years of history, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 private duty nursing roles. This position offers stability, as the company is employee-focused and has a history of long-term employee tenure. Nurses will provide one-to-one care for a single client throughout their shift, working with local clients nearby with short commutes. Common diagnoses include TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. RNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools will find their skills directly transferable to this home care setting.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care.
• Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
• Manage common diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
