The Principal Researcher delivers best-in-class insights across Mindbody’s B2B and B2C products. This role communicates key insights, analytics, and strategic opportunities to stakeholders in order to develop a vision for the future of our product. Working across large initiatives and business units, this role helps to identify, design, and conduct research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods. Through analyzing findings and delivering compelling insights, this role has a strong influence on our product roadmap across the entire product lifecycle, from early roadmap planning, to experience design refinement, to post-release validation.
