About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or nursing degree.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Clinical Trial Lead, or in an equivalent role.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Ability to travel up to 25%; a valid passport is required.
• Experience supporting Internal Medicine clinical trials, including IMID, Cardio Metabolic, or Rare Disease trials.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to Clinical Research Associates and site management team members throughout the full study lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary Site Management representative for clinical monitoring and site activities across assigned projects.
• Act as a key sponsor-facing contact, building partnerships and ensuring effective communication throughout study execution.
• Oversee monitoring deliverables to support study objectives, quality expectations, and budget requirements.
• Identify and manage out-of-scope activities, proactively communicating potential impacts and solutions.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of clinical site management activities.
• Support high-quality study conduct by providing leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to project teams.
