About The Position
Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Safety is a core value that permeates how we live, train, work, and look out for our teammates. Summary of Job: Read and interpret drawings and cut and weld materials to correct specifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant welding/steel fabrication experience
- Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Able to use various power tools and able to perform welding tasks
- Must be organized and able to communicate general tasks with Welding Helpers
- Knowledgeable of welding quality requirements and able to inspect welds relative to standard acceptance criteria
