The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a 3M Zone Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading and coaching a team of Collision Customer Specialists Implementing business plans for assigned geography based on division priorities Determining zone sales team activities that drive key priorities to meet division objectives Supporting Regional Distribution Leader’s and Key Account Channel Managers with distribution training and execution of end-user pull-through programs. Driving results based upon the business’ operational plan, team objectives, and individual expectations Serve as an escalation point and strategic advisor to support customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. Guide team members in developing and executing account plans aligned with operational and strategic business objectives. Foster strong, executive‑level (“corner office”) relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations. Champion a cross-functional approach by collaborating effectively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership Teams. Collaborate closely with division leadership to define and execute strategic priorities for assigned team of key account managers and MSO accounts, leveraging data and customer insights to shape annual sales objectives, operational plans, and long‑range strategic initiatives. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of sales and management experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and three (3) years of sales and management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years of sales and management in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Skills include Power Bi, Salesforce, Microsoft 360 Applications
  • Supervisory experience with direct reports
  • Skilled in financial analytics, collision repair products and process
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM, Power Bi, and Microsoft 360
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • MBA
