As a Guide, you’ll play an essential role in delivering safe, fun, and engaging experiences for our guests. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team responsible for the daily readiness and safety of your assigned course(s), working closely with senior guides and management to ensure excellence in every adventure.
Requirements
- Have an outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills
- Are team players and motivated self-starters
- Can solve problems and think on their feet
- Show strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Are excited to learn and grow in an outdoor adventure setting
Responsibilities
- Guiding and assisting guests through zipline and off-road tours (with a Guide III or higher)
- Learning and using basic ziplining techniques, including: partner zipping, brake block use, and sending participants
- Supporting cleanliness and upkeep of the property and equipment
- Participating in training, staff meetings, and ongoing education
- Reporting safety and performance feedback to management
- Helping maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Acting as a positive representative of our company core values to guests, peers, and the community
