Our team is dedicated to making every adventure memorable while upholding the highest standards of quality, care, and outdoor leadership. As a Guide, you’ll play an essential role in delivering safe, fun, and engaging experiences for our guests. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team responsible for the daily readiness and safety of your assigned course(s), working closely with senior guides and management to ensure excellence in every adventure.

Requirements

  • Have an outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills
  • Are team players and motivated self-starters
  • Can solve problems and think on their feet
  • Show strong organizational and follow-through abilities
  • Are excited to learn and grow in an outdoor adventure setting

Responsibilities

  • Guiding and assisting guests through zipline and off-road tours (with a Guide III or higher)
  • Learning and using basic ziplining techniques, including: partner zipping, brake block use, and sending participants
  • Supporting cleanliness and upkeep of the property and equipment
  • Participating in training, staff meetings, and ongoing education
  • Reporting safety and performance feedback to management
  • Helping maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Acting as a positive representative of our company core values to guests, peers, and the community
