About The Position

Brighton Baptist Church is located in a growing community of Brighton, TN, located about 30 minutes north of Memphis! We are currently searching for a full-time Youth and Worship Pastor!

Responsibilities

• Lead youth on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings for Sunday School.
• Coordinate and implement year-round student events, including camps, DNOW, and other recreational and evangelistic activities.
• Represent the church through active involvement in local schools and community activities.
• Partner along with the staff and congregation to support the vision of Brighton Baptist Church.
• Provide pastoral care and guidance to students and families as needed.
• Plan and coordinate Sunday morning worship music and provide leadership in congregational singing.
• Provide leadership and support for special services and events (holidays, revivals, student-led services, etc.) as needed.
