Arc Broward’s Youth Links Program is looking for an energetic and compassionate Success Coach to help young people overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and build brighter futures. About Us: Arc Broward is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of people with developmental disabilities and other life challenges. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Vocational Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
• At least 1 year of prior work experience supporting youth with disabilities.
• Social skills instruction.
• Case management.
• Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
