About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics/Tumbling Instructor to join our team. As a Gymnastics/Tumbling Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics to children of all ages and skill levels in a fun and safe environment. Starting pay is $14/hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• Previous tumbling experience is a plus
• Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, proper gymnastics technique and safety guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to lift and spot children
• Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
• Ability to modify lesson plans to meet the needs of each child
• Passion for teaching and inspiring children to learn and grow
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Lead gymnastics classes for children of all ages and skill levels
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate fun and engaging activities to keep children motivated and interested
• Assess each child's skill level and adjust teaching style and difficulty level as needed
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all children
• Provide individualized feedback and support to children to help them improve their coordination and gymnastics skills
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other instructors
