What would you do working in this role? This is a learn while you work position! Assist in fabrication and installation of sheet metal fittings| Or assist in engineering and design- depending on your areas of interest Work with Journeymen/Engineers to construct fabrications from customer drawings (involves custom fabricated items) cutting, measuring, assembling, insulating, etc. Assist with building maintenance (sweeping, shop clean up, organizing shop, etc.) Grinding Loading/unloading vehicles What's in it for you? If you're working as a Youth Apprentice, you'd be working during school hours AND earning credit! Requirements
- Be dependable and punctual
- Be organized
- Good communication and a positive attitude
- Follow directions
- Have strong math competency
- Have strong reading comprehension
- Be a High School Student
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have a valid WI Driver’s License
