About The Position

YOUTH APPRENTICE – FIELD TECHNICIAN START YOUR CAREER IN TECHNOLOGY WITH BAYCOM ---------------------------------------- THE ROLE… Are you a high school student who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and learning how technology works in the real world? As a Youth Apprentice Field Technician at BAYCOM, you’ll gain hands-on experience helping install and maintain radio communication systems, video surveillance equipment, and door access control systems. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians who will train and mentor you every step of the way. This is a paid, part-time apprenticeship designed to help you explore a career in technology, electronics, or telecommunications while you’re still in high school.
