Requirements

Age: 18+
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Previous childcare experience preferred and/or completion of required pre-service training (provided)
Skills: Reliable, punctual, team player, adaptable, energetic, and ready to make an impact
Ability to lift 40 lbs and maintain visual/auditory awareness of children

Responsibilities

Lead & Inspire: Guide children through exciting activities, games, arts, homework help, and more.
Create Connections: Build positive relationships with kids and families every day.
Ensure Safety: Maintain a secure, welcoming space and follow all safety procedures.
Be a Role Model: Show patience, creativity, and enthusiasm while promoting positive youth development.
