About The Position

If you want a fun, active, and rewarding role where you can build leadership and teamwork skills, this opportunity is for you! Join Our Sports Camp Counselor Team! As a Sports Camp Counselor, you’ll help young athletes develop their skills, build friendships, and grow their love for sports. Each week of camp features a different sport, including basketball, t-ball, soccer, flag football, and more! You’ll lead engaging activities, teach sportsmanship, and set individual and team goals to help campers succeed—both on and off the field.
Requirements
- Passion for working with kids and helping them develop skills in a variety of sports.
- Experience in sports—whether coaching, instructing, or playing.
- Ability to engage and inspire campers of all skill levels with enthusiasm and energy.
- Camp Counselors must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to ensure the ability to commute to and arrive at camp on time daily
- Mandatory Spring training will be required - save the date of May 16th, 2025
- Please note that additional documents and training will be required upon employment.
- Be ready to provide at least 3 personal/professional references.

- Preferred work schedule is Monday-Friday (5 days) throughout the camp season 8:00-5:00
