About The Position

XPLORE: Summer at TVS (the annual summer programming of Trinity Valley School in Fort Worth, Texas) seeks a small cohort of qualified paid staff to assist TVS Auxiliary Programs staff in providing a stellar summer experience to all campers and their families! As a XPLORE: Summer at TVS Staff, you will: Learn the "behind-the-scenes" mechanics of running an effective summer camp experience for children and youth. Learn from masterful camp instructors while interacting with program participants, ages 4-17. Provide direct support and report to the Director and Assistant Director of Auxiliary Programs. Perform administrative duties, such as organizing camper t-shirts, distributing snacks to camp locations, managing rosters and forms, and more. Perform supervisory duties, including assisting with carpools, Camp XCURSION, XTEND Before, Lunch Bunch, and XTEND After.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Must be 18+ years of age by the start of the summer season and pass a criminal background check.
• Bachelor's degree or currently working toward a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Proficient with Google workspace.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must commit to the 8-week summer season (May 26-August 7, 2026) and be available most days either 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., as assigned (time-off requests must be submitted in advance to the Director of Auxiliary Programs)
