Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Xfinity Club Supervisor to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Xfinity Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience. The season starts in March and goes until October, pending possible playoff schedule. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
Strong knowledge of food and beverage
Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
No college degree required
Standing and walking for entire length of shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
Assist with the hiring, training, and development of team members
Inspect Xfinity Club area, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
Ensure all front-of-house operations are upheld to company and department standards
Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared properly based on menu descriptions and recipes
