About The Position

Wyoming Health Safety and Environmental Technician Redi Services LLC, a leader in the Industrial Services Industry, is in search of a dynamic and capable individual to join our Health, Safety, and Environmental team for our operations in Southwest Wyoming . This successful candidate will assist the local operations team and HSE Director by engaging with employees, customers, regulatory agents, and the public to live up to our safety vision of Everybody back home safe every day! Requirements

  • High School Degree/GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) Years of Mining experience (MSHA).
  • Two (2) Years of Safety experience (OSHA).
  • Able to work extended or on-call hours as needed.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Good organizational and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and are office savvy.
  • Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting regular safety inspections and audits onsite to assess employee compliance with safety regulations.
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety guidelines - report any incidents and be proactive in the prevention of safety and security incidents.
  • Conducting site specific orientations and new hire orientations.
  • Conducting pre-employment and fit testing-will provide for certification.
  • Working with Operations Management Team to resolve issues that arise.
  • Maintaining a strong team relationship and demonstrate a professional presence with all employees.
  • Fostering communication with the workforce to strengthen the importance of EHS objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Producing high-quality work that meets the requirements of company policies, procedures, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • Desire to carry a company cell phone and be available during work and non-working hours.
  • Ability to work Turnarounds Scheduled which consist of 14 consecutive days with 12-hour shifts at least twice a year.
