These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. As a WW Sales BPR Program Manager, you will drive critical initiatives focused on optimizing our sales finance processes, particularly around quotation, pricing, and sales commission management. You will lead end-to-end projects, leveraging your deep understanding of financial workflows within a sales context and your expertise with Salesforce. As a vital link between Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams, you will translate complex business and financial requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure seamless project delivery from strategic planning through successful implementation.In this role, you will:
