Program Finance Manager
About The Position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the finance lead for assigned programs, providing insight on program budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics Partner with Program Management and cross-functional teams to track program costs, investments, and profitability Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis, and executive presentations for program performance Develop and maintain long-range financial models to support program strategy, capital investment, and resource planning Provide financial oversight of program change requests, customer quotations, and pricing decisions Ensure program financials are aligned with company financial objectives and compliance requirements Identify risks and opportunities within program financials and recommend corrective actions Support the annual operating plan, forecast cycles, and long-term strategic planning for assigned programs Collaborate with FP&A and corporate finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with consolidated financials Mentor and guide junior finance staff as needed
