We are seeking a lead for our Healthcare AI and Life Sciences go to market (GTM) team within AWS Applied AI Solutions (AAIS). As the Worldwide Lead for GTM, you will lead a team of Business Development, Sales Specialists, and Solution Architects and work closely with Product leadership to develop, accelerate, and sell current and new HCLS products using the full range of GTM levers – direct engagement, field enablement, marketing, partners, analyst engagement. As part of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, we have a vision to provide business applications, leveraging Amazon’s unique experience and expertise, that are used by millions of companies worldwide to manage day-to-day operations. We blend vision with curiosity and Amazon’s real-world experience to build opinionated, turnkey solutions. The Worldwide Lead will be responsible for building and developing the team of Specialists, driving revenue and user adoption, and ensuring new customers select AWS Healthcare AI and AWS Life Sciences solutions. You’ll be responsible for the overall sales motion and business goals, which includes working with the Product team to develop lovable products with great market fit, identifying customers and opportunities, qualifying & building pipeline, validating technical use cases, closing opportunities, and guiding successful customer implementation of the solution. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships with customers and internally, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption and value.
