Apple is seeking a WW Business Ecosystem Lead to develop and implement a scalable global framework that drives ecosystem engagement and solution discoverability across the full Apple product lineup. Success in this role will require strong cross-functional partnership to align with and influence company initiatives, integrate with existing programs, and build sponsorship with key collaborators. DESCRIPTION In support of expanding Apple’s worldwide business solution go-to-market, the WW Business Ecosystem Lead will build a global community of solution and service providers across key market segments and industries. This role will create visibility, connect customers with developers, and identify whitespace. In this role you will: - Design and implement a scalable global framework for ecosystem engagement and solution discovery across the entire Apple product lineup, spanning market segments. - Liaise across sales, field engineering, product marketing, business services and developer relations to align initiatives and integrate existing programs. - Roll-out and champion CRM best practices to create a unified directory of solutions and service providers ensuring accuracy by industry, use cases and localized coverage. - Plan webinars and partner summits fostering community engagement and advocacy with industry solution partners. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities to differentiate and scale the ecosystem. - Build cases to drive investment in the platforms and tools to enable scale. - Drive targeted business development efforts to recruit partners and address whitespace. - Serve as central coordination and partner concern point internally and externally for all aspects of program, both internally and externally. - Develop processes to ensure ecosystem quality and consistency. - Increase awareness of the ecosystem program, highlight key use cases and help shape go-to-market opportunities such as offers and playbooks. - Produce and maintain regular status reporting focused on ecosystem coverage, impact and, where possible, device attribution. - Analyze metrics and feedback to inform data-driven decisions to evolve community initiatives. - Think strategically, translate big ideas into actionable plans, and implement with precision to achieve goals.
