About The Position

Do you want to play a key role in Amazon's plans to redefine grocery shopping? If so, we have an exciting role which would put you at the forefront of our expansion plans within the Grocery Partnerships team. Working within the Worldwide Grocery Partnership team, we need a talented Program Manager who will help to support our partners by bringing new selection online and optimizing their catalogue, selection, and availability. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable driving complex projects and rolling up their sleeves in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. You need to be passionate about the customer and skilled at working across multiple stakeholders, possess strong analytical skills, and be an expert at identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. You will work largely autonomously, switching gears quickly to readapt priorities and manage uncertainty — all while delivering measurable impact for our Grocery Partners and their customers on Amazon. Results will be highly tangible.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's listing and catalogue management processes
  • Experience managing large-scale product selection onboarding or catalogue operations
  • Familiarity with grocery or perishable category management on e-commerce platforms
  • Experience working with offshore teams and managing distributed planning workflows
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central catalogue tools and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the growth of the Amazon Grocery Partnership business by optimizing business inputs across Selection, Catalogue, and Sprint Schedule Management.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive corrective actions.
  • Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the-box thinking, bringing new selection online and improving the Grocery Partner customer experience.
  • Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Spot and execute on opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline how partners manage their catalogue and selection.
  • Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects and selection creation in-flight across your workstreams.
