About The Position

Access Services is seeking to contract with licensed professionals (LCSW, LPC, and LMFT) certified in the state of Pennsylvania to provide services to children and families across eastern Pennsylvania. Learn more about our team here: Behavior Supports & Assessments: Access Services.
Work Location: While this position will be a fully remote position, we require that the person serving in this role is residing within one of the Pennsylvania counties where we serve. See our locations here: Where We Serve - Access Services.
Schedule: 5-10 hours a week.
Contracted Responsibilities of Written Orders Writer (LCSW, LPC, LMFT):
Written Order and Amended Written Order services shall be provided by the Contractor, with a fee of $50-$100 per written order. It will be $50 for a 30-minute appointment, and $100 for a 60-minute appointment.
Agency-required trainings will be paid at $20/hour.
Documentation Requirements: Submission Deadline for Payment:
Written Orders Same day as meeting with client/family
Amended Written Orders Within 48 hours of receiving amended request
Invoices, submitted monthly
Timely communication with program leadership & clinical teams
Initial Assessments 15 days for individual services initiation

Requirements

• Pennsylvania Licensed in one of the following areas (required)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Psychologist
• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
• Enrollment in the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance program, to Order, Refer & Prescribe
