About The Position

Join Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Private Brands (PB) as a Program Manager within WW Shared Services, supporting Amazon and Whole Foods Market (WFM) across NA, EU, and APAC. This role sits at the intersection of Catalog, Launch Excellence (Perfect Product Launch), and Scaling Strategy, driving high-quality product launches and best-in-class customer experiences across a 4k+ ASIN portfolio. We are looking for a Program Manager who is customer-obsessed, operates with strong ownership, and thrives in ambiguous environments. This role requires both strategic thinking and deep operational execution, spanning catalog quality, launch readiness, defect reduction, and scalable mechanism building. You will define what “good” looks like for catalog and launch quality, build systems to measure and enforce it, and partner across Product, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Tech, and Operations to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Responsibilities

  • Own catalog quality and launch excellence for WWGS Private Brands, including detail page quality, defect reduction, and launch readiness across regions.
  • Build and improve scalable mechanisms, SOPs, dashboards, and tools that simplify catalog management, reduce manual work, and support automation or offshoring.
  • Partner across cross-functional teams to improve upstream inputs, clarify ownership, resolve defects, and drive better customer experience at launch and post-launch.
  • Identify systemic gaps and lead process improvements that raise the bar on catalog quality, operational efficiency, and launch performance over time.
  • Drive reporting and inspection mechanisms (for example WBRs, MBRs, and goal updates) to provide clear visibility into catalog quality, launch readiness, risks, and progress against business goals.

Benefits

  • health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage)
