About The Position

We’re looking for a Workplace Technology Senior to own and continuously improve our modern digital workplace. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, managed device environments, modern phone systems, automation, and service operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring employees have secure, reliable, and intuitive technology across offices and remote environments, while partnering closely with IT, Security, HR, and business teams.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in workplace technology, endpoint management, or Microsoft enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing devices and users with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
  • Solid understanding of mobile device and managed endpoint environments.
  • Experience supporting modern cloud-based phone systems (e.g., Teams Phone).
  • Required experience working with enterprise ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
  • Working knowledge of process and system automation concepts and tooling.
  • Proven ability to produce clear, high-quality end-user and technical documentation.
  • Ability to operate independently, own outcomes, and collaborate across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the insurance industry or other regulated environments.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or Power Automate.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104).

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Administer identity, access, and endpoint management using Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage, support, and troubleshoot organization-wide applications, ensuring availability, performance, and a positive end-user experience.
  • Manage and support modern device environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including device provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Support and improve modern phone systems such as Microsoft Teams Phone, including call flows, routing, and integrations.
  • Use ticketing systems like Zendesk to manage workplace technology services, improve workflows, and analyze trends and SLAs.
  • Identify and implement process and system automation using tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and Intune automation.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex workplace technology issues and drive root-cause fixes.
  • Create and maintain clear end-user documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal process documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, secure, and user-friendly workplace solutions.
