About The Position

As a Workplace Services Coordinator III, you will help create a workplace that runs smoothly, supports productivity, and brings people together. This role blends hands-on facilities operations with technology, systems, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support both local and remote offices while contributing to a consistent, high-quality workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in workplace services, facilities, office operations, or a related corporate environment
  • Experience in creating digital content using tools such as Canva or similar platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience with workplace management systems (such as iOffice) is preferred
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as part of the role
  • Ability to lift 20–30 pounds as part of daily office operations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site Workplace Services lead for the Scottsdale office, with remote support for San Francisco and Bellevue offices
  • Partner with global teams (Security, Legal, HR, Events, and Workplace Services) to ensure policies and processes are upheld
  • Manage workplace systems including UKG Workplace service tickets, move requests, space audits, and asset data
  • Maintain and enhance global Workplace Services SharePoint sites and digital documentation to support teams across UKG locations
  • Contribute to regional and global workplace projects, supporting planning, coordination, documentation, and rollout of workplace initiatives
  • Coordinate with property owners and vendors to maintain cleaning, safety, maintenance, and overall office standards
  • Oversee onsite food, wellness programs, and workplace events in partnership with global teams
  • Support space planning activities including new hire desk setup and room configurations
  • Process meeting and event requests, including room setup and event supply coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and schedule servicing of office equipment
  • Maintain and update office signage, badges, and workplace assets
  • Provide operational support to Workplace Services vendors and partners in support of regional and global workplace programs and initiatives
  • Support shipping and receiving activities
  • Perform scheduled audits and preventative maintenance to ensure office cleanliness and equipment functionality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
