About The Position

Crusoe is seeking a Workplace Program Manager to help scale and operationalize our global Workplace organization as the company continues to grow across offices, data center locations, and new markets. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional Workplace programs from planning through execution, ensuring consistency, operational rigor, and strong employee experiences across all locations. The Workplace Program Manager will partner closely with Workplace Leads, Real Estate, People, IT, Security, and Finance teams to deliver initiatives that support Crusoe’s rapid expansion. Success in this role requires strong program management skills, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and a proactive approach to building scalable systems and processes. This individual will help translate Workplace strategy into repeatable programs that can be implemented consistently as Crusoe grows. This is a highly collaborative role suited for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and building structure in fast-moving environments.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Workplace Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-growing organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes and scalable operational frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving progress without fully defined structures.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate operational challenges into structured programs and scalable solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multi-site or global environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Workplace leadership to design and implement scalable frameworks that support Crusoe’s global Workplace organization as the company grows.
  • Develop standardized operational playbooks and program structures across site types (corporate offices, satellite offices, manufacturing, and data center locations) to ensure consistent workplace operations as the company scales.
  • Lead cross-functional Workplace programs from planning through execution, partnering with teams across Real Estate, People, IT, Security, and Finance.
  • Partner with Workplace Leads to ensure consistent workplace standards and a reliable employee experience across locations.
  • Establish program governance and prioritization frameworks that provide visibility into Workplace initiatives and ensure work aligns with team objectives.
  • Support the rollout of new Workplace tools, services, and processes by developing change, communication, and enablement plans that drive adoption across the Workplace team and partner groups, including initiatives that increase AI fluency and automation.
  • Gather feedback and analyze program outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement, helping teams translate insights into actions that improve program delivery and workplace experience.
