The Workplace Operations team is responsible for maintaining non-manufacturing facilities and providing soft services to engineering, sales, service, energy, and general and administrative teams. The WorkPlace Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager and Supervisor to support Tesla engineering teams and their space needs. Coordinate small office moves and supporting workplace team with larger moves Oversee lab and office furniture procurement Assist with the management of the Workplace email alias and track all workplace requests through Service Channel Conduct and manage office and storage spaces for engineering teams Assist with office space blocking and space planning Develop programs and procedures to better end-user experience Assist in lab and office space data collection while managing lab space small projects Positive attitude and “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented Excellent listening skills, organization skills, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast paced environment under constantly changing priorities and demands Ability to properly manage workload and ask for help when needed Ability to work weekends/nights as needed in order to meet the schedule demand A willingness to seek out knowledge and develop skillsets to improve one’s job performance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and competent computer skills and intermediate in Bluebeam
