Chime is hiring a Workplace Experience Lead based in our New York office. This role will be the first Workplace team member in New York and offers a unique opportunity to help open and scale our new 84,000 sq ft office. In this role, you’ll help bring that belief to life by creating an environment that supports intentional in-office moments, connection across teams, and a shared sense of purpose. As the Workplace Experience Lead, you’ll own the day-to-day workplace experience and help shape how the office operates over time. You’ll serve as the on-the-ground extension of our broader Workplace team, strengthening connection between the New York office and the overall company, while ensuring the space remains welcoming, functional, and aligned with how teams work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and navigating ambiguity. You’re comfortable being visible, making thoughtful judgment calls, and balancing hands-on execution with collaboration across teams and regions. This role is expected to be in the office five days a week. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $98,000 and up to $135,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
