This position is based out of our Becker, MN office 5 days a week. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. The Workplace Experience Manager is a pivotal role that deeply influences and shapes company culture by merging physical space, technology, and human interaction to foster an engaging, productive, and inclusive environment. This person acts as a bridge between employees and leadership, ensuring the workplace reflects and reinforces the company’s values. Your impact: Champion Company Values: Serve as a culture champion by leading by example and ensuring the physical and digital environment promotes the organization's mission and values. Foster a Sense of Belonging and Community: Design and implement initiatives, events, and programs that encourage social interaction, collaboration, and a strong sense of community among all employees, whether in-office or remote. Organize Culture-Building Events: Plan and coordinate diverse events such as team-building activities, social gatherings (happy hours, lunch-and-learns), wellness programs, and company-wide meetings to boost morale and connection. Manage Onboarding Experiences: Enhance the new employee journey to ensure they feel welcomed, informed, and quickly integrated into the company culture, setting a positive tone from the start. Facilitate Open Communication & Feedback: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and questions, and establish effective, transparent communication channels to ensure all voices are heard and valued. Lead Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Initiatives: Collaborate with HR and other teams to create an inclusive work environment that respects and celebrates diverse backgrounds and promotes equitable experiences for all employees. Curate Physical and Digital Spaces: Strategically design office layouts and integrate workplace technology (e.g., room booking systems, communication platforms) to support different work styles and facilitate both focused work and spontaneous collaboration, which in turn supports the desired culture. Utilize Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and data analytics to understand evolving needs and preferences, using these insights to continuously improve the workplace culture and experience. Promote Employee Well-being: Implement wellness programs (mental health support, fitness challenges, ergonomic assessments) that demonstrate the company's commitment to employee health and work-life balance, directly impacting job satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a role focused on employee engagement, human resources, internal communications, or facilities management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions (HR, IT, Facilities, Leadership) to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Experience in project management, event coordination, and managing budgets.
  • A people-first mindset with empathy and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and workplace technology platforms to measure impact and optimize programs.
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred
  • Background in either restaurants or events is preferred
  • Office Management background is preferred
