As a member of our People Team, your role bridges the gap between physical office management and virtual employee experience and engagement. The Impact U will make: Be onsite Monday through Thursday (with flexible Fridays) to support employees, leadership, guests and clients. Report to our Director, People Operations Office Management Own day-to-day operations, ensuring the space is fully functional, well-stocked, and welcoming. Manage mail and package operations, including incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries and coordination with carriers & internal teams. Oversee food & beverage programs, including ordering lunch for the office twice a week, maintaining pantry supplies, and manage catering. Serve as the first line of support for in-office IT & AV needs, ensuring conference rooms, screens, microphones, and WiFi are functional and ready to use. Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers, managing relationships, contracts and recurring services. Implement, document and continuously improve office policies, procedures, and playbooks to ensure consistency and operational excellence. Workplace Experience Lead logistics and communications for our recognition programs. Support and promote Unqork's Company values ("Qorks") through thoughtful programming and day-to-today office interactions. Drive in-person involvement for Employee Resource Groups initiatives, serving as the local champion for community-building events. Help with ad hoc projects, including auditing resources, creating and maintaining onboarding material, and more. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve our space and suggesting creative ideas that elevate the Unqork employee experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management and executive support roles
  • Previous success in handling diverse range of responsibilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills to execute in-office and virtual logistics flawlessly
  • A welcoming presence and the ability to communicate effectively with everyone from visiting clients to executive leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively and independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in G-Suite, office software and tools, and other current technologies is a plus
