As a Workplace Experience Manager at JLL, you'll be the architect of exceptional workplace environments that inspire productivity, foster connection, and elevate the employee experience at our client's Coppell, TX location. You'll lead the strategy and execution of workplace services, ensuring every touchpoint reflects excellence and innovation. This role puts you at the intersection of people, place, and operations—where you'll oversee workplace services including mail operations, workplace amenities, vendor coordination, and administrative support while managing onsite support staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
