About The Position

The Workplace Experience, Mailroom & Transportation Manager is accountable for delivery and performance of all workplace services, including mailroom operations, transportation programs, parking, and occupant services across East Hanover and associated sites. This role ensures all services are delivered without disruption to business, laboratory, and operational environments while maintaining high service quality and user satisfaction. The Manager oversees vendor performance and internal service teams, ensuring compliance with operational and QHSE standards. The role integrates workplace services with MAC, occupancy planning, and facility operations to ensure a seamless user experience. Compensation: $105,705.60/YR The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in workplace services, facilities management, or hospitality operations
  • Strong experience managing vendor-delivered services and service performance
  • Experience managing mailroom, logistics, or transportation services preferred
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in corporate, life sciences, or complex operational environments preferred
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in SLA-driven service environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Owns delivery and performance of all workplace services, including mailroom, transportation, parking, and occupant support services
  • Manages mailroom and shipping/receiving operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure handling of all materials
  • Oversees transportation programs (shuttles, logistics coordination, vendor services) to ensure efficient and reliable operations
  • Manages vendor performance across all workplace services, ensuring SLA compliance, service quality, and cost control
  • Ensures all services are delivered without disruption to business, laboratory, and operational activities
  • Coordinates with MAC Manager and Occupancy Planner to ensure alignment between workplace services and space changes
  • Monitors service performance metrics (service levels, customer satisfaction, volumes) and drives continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensures compliance with QHSE standards, including safety, environmental, and operational procedures
  • Supports budgeting and cost management through vendor oversight and service optimization
