About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the mailroom and associated workplace services, ensuring timely and accurate processing of high-volume incoming and outgoing correspondence in line with service standards. You will also provide frontline support and advice to staff and visitors, maintaining a strong customer focus while balancing competing priorities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and service providers, you will support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to operational projects, and ensure systems, records and processes are maintained effectively. The role also involves leading a small team, providing guidance, training and support to deliver consistent, high-quality service outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining service quality and meeting SLAs
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and adapt to changing demands, with sound problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading or supporting a team, including providing guidance, training and fostering a collaborative work environment
