Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • Experience coordinating vendors, workplace services, and in-office events
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Passion for delivering high-quality employee experiences with a strong service mindset
  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for building engaging, culture-driven workplace experiences
  • Experience creating and maintaining employee-facing resources (e.g., intranet content, guides, documentation)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and related technologies

  • Knowledge of San Francisco vendors and workplace services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the San Francisco office, including facilities, maintenance, seating, access, and overall functionality
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace needs, resolving issues and escalating when needed
  • Partner with building management and IT to coordinate maintenance and basic workplace troubleshooting
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging office environment that brings GoodRx culture to life
  • Provide high-quality, responsive support to employees and anticipate workplace needs
  • Support onboarding experiences, including seating and new hire setup
  • Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and VIP guests
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate logistics, timelines, and communications
  • Manage vendor relationships (facilities, food & beverage, office services) and oversee onsite programs
  • Leverage local vendor knowledge to enhance workplace offerings while supporting budget tracking
  • Manage seating, occupancy tracking, and workplace requests through systems like ServiceNow
  • Maintain accurate workplace data, documentation, and employee resources (e.g., intranet, guides)
  • Continuously improve processes, workflows, and tools to enhance the employee experience
  • Support workplace initiatives and events using strong organizational and project management skills
