About The Position

We are seeking a punctual and professional Office Coordinator Intern with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our fast-growing, fun, and dynamic office in Lehi. We care deeply about our office environment, how it looks, and what it says about us. You will work closely with our Office Manager to learn about office operations and help with tasks to maintain and improve the experience for everyone who visits us. As various on-site events occur, you may also provide additional support, assisting with event setup and facilitation.

Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree
  • Highly organized and a natural problem-solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exhibit integrity and professionalism while remaining personable and approachable
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Support front desk operations by warmly greeting employees and visitors
  • Support facilities operations by maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Stock employee snacks and drinks throughout the office, and manage beverage machinery
  • Ensure that the conference rooms, kitchens, and supply areas are well-stocked
  • Assist with company-facing projects and events on an ad hoc basis
  • Perform regular maintenance on coffee, ice cream, and drink machines
