Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at an Oil and Gas company in Houston, TX. The coordinator plays a vital role in fostering collaboration, resolving issues, and executing events, all while maintaining a positive and modern workplace culture. Requirements

Strong Customer Service Skills
Ability to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere
Basic Computer Knowledge and some IT Knowledge
Problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Nice To Haves

Facilities experience is preferred not required

Responsibilities

Oversee office space configurations, coordinate repairs, and ensure workstations are properly equipped.
Encourage best practices in modern work environments, manage lost and found items, and educate employees on ergonomic and hoteling procedures.
Regularly monitor wellness rooms, mother’s rooms, and other shared spaces to ensure proper functionality.
Act as a host by providing tours, answer facility and technology-related questions, coordinate events, and foster employee engagement.
Help employees set up and operate workplace technology, submit service tickets when needed.
Lead workplace initiatives and celebrations while supporting broader office culture efforts
