SumUp is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support our El Paso office and contribute to a consistent, high-quality workplace experience across North America. You are highly adaptable, organized, and able to balance day-to-day operations with the bigger picture. You are more than a traditional office manager. Requirements

  • Experience in workplace management, hospitality, office operations, or a related field with a strong focus on team member experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • A solid understanding of office operations, systems, and procedures
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • A creative and proactive mindset with a passion for designing thoughtful workplace experiences
  • An understanding of team dynamics and how to support and motivate diverse groups
  • Proficiency with common office software and digital tools

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to SumUp team members in the El Paso office, ensuring a smooth and positive day-to-day workplace experience
  • Plan and execute workplace events, including team-building activities, social gatherings, and celebrations, to foster community and engagement
  • Develop, document, and share El Paso office operations procedures and guidelines aligned with North America Workplace Operations
  • Manage office communications and information flow, including submitting invoices, sending invitations, and maintaining calendars
  • Assist Finance, Accounting, and the People team by sorting and processing incoming mail
  • Support visiting team members by providing accommodation recommendations and local office guidance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality workplace services and amenities
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and availability of office snacks, beverages, and cleaning supplies
  • Support the planning and execution of on-site meetings and off-sites, including logistics coordination and on-the-ground support
  • Provide remote workplace operations support to other North American offices as needed
