We help teams say “yes” more often and help customers move forward with confidence. Sunbit is hiring a detail-driven and proactive Workplace Engagement Associate for our Las Vegas, Nevada office. This role is responsible for supporting daily office operations, driving a positive employee experience, and providing administrative support to leadership. We’re looking for a motivated professional who excels at managing shifting priorities, problem-solving, and fostering a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of office processes
  • High-level of expertise with Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proven problem solving ability with long-term view – able to not only resolve issues quickly, but analyze and evaluate information to develop robust, comprehensive long-term solutions if needed
  • Ability to manage competing demands and handle frequent change or unexpected events

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruiting, human resource management a plus
  • Experience working within an international environment a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment that fosters productivity and connection
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the office remains well-stocked and functional
  • Oversee daily mail operations, including pickup, distribution, scanning, and outgoing shipments
  • Welcome and assist visitors, representing the company with warmth and professionalism
  • Support new hires by preparing workspaces, coordinating first-day logistics, and contributing to a positive onboarding experience
  • Act as the primary liaison with building management, landlords, and external vendors to ensure smooth facility operations
  • Fulfill office-related requests from employees and teams, promoting a supportive and service-oriented workplace
  • Oversee office upkeep, ensuring shared spaces are clean, comfortable, and aligned with our culture
  • Manage office communications, updates, and information sharing across the team
  • Coordinate in-office moves, seating plans, and workspace adjustments
  • Oversee maintenance and scheduling for office equipment (copiers, printers, phone systems, etc.)
  • Partner with HR and leadership to support employee safety, wellness initiatives, and day-to-day engagement programs
  • Provide general support to employees working onsite, helping create a positive, connected experience
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with a high level of professionalism
  • Handle additional administrative duties or special projects as assigned
