This includes document creation, maintaining security protocols, assisting with event planning and coordination, managing daily office operations, scheduling conference rooms, and providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. The role also involves resolving customer issues, handling incoming and outgoing packages, managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and supporting team continuity through documentation and communication. The administrator will also assist with developing policies and procedures and maintaining a safe and clean reception area.
