The Workplace Experience Administrator is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, employees, and vendors. This role involves a wide range of administrative duties, including document creation, filing, and scanning, as well as managing security procedures and visitor access. The administrator will independently resolve moderately complex problems, assist with event planning and coordination, and maintain effective communication with management and clients. Key responsibilities also include managing daily operations, scheduling meetings and office tours using Google Calendar, providing exceptional customer service, and handling incoming calls and packages. The position requires the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team continuity by documenting processes and communicating irregularities. Physical demands include the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and the role requires a flexible work schedule to provide support before and/or after regular shifts.
