Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office coordination, workplace, or administrative support
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels
  • High attention to detail and pride in creating organized, inviting spaces
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and pivot quickly
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional workplace experiences

Responsibilities

  • Create a best-in-class office experience by greeting guests, managing the front desk, and ensuring a warm, polished environment
  • Oversee daily office operations including inventory, supplies, vendor coordination, and workspace upkeep
  • Support internal events, team gatherings, and onsite activations from planning through execution
  • Assist with conference room scheduling, meeting prep, and office logistics to ensure seamless daily flow
  • Partner with internal teams to support ad hoc projects and maintain a high-functioning, hospitality-driven workplace
