About The Position

As a Workplace Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of Patreon's New York office and play a key role in shaping how employees experience the workplace. You’ll be a highly visible, people-facing presence in the office, helping ensure the space is welcoming, organized, and ready for employees each day. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone excited to build a career in Workplace or office operations, and who enjoys being hands-on, reliable, and involved in creating great in-office experiences.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in office operations, hospitality, events, retail, or administrative support is helpful but not required. We’re excited to teach the right candidate who brings the right mindset.
