Job Description Primary focus of sales acquisition is to acquire CASA (Current Account & Saving Account), New to Bank card and Personal Loan Sales through corporate roadshows/lunch talks and Tele consulting. Create and maximise all sales opportunities in the area of payroll accounts acquisition through corporate tie-ups Proficient in face to face point-of-sales and Tele Consulting activities. Work closely with Relationship managers to maximise overall product cross-selling at Workplace Banking events Provide quality and efficient after sales services to the customers acquired. Follow up with customers on pre-sales enquiry with regards to secured and unsecured retail banking products. To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or sales-related role
  • Able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Great presentation and great communication skills
  • Able to work under stress and sales target
  • Business to Business skill sets are a plus
  • Able to cold call effectively
