We are seeking an IT analyst to support and administer collaboration and file services platforms including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, other SaaS (Software as a Service) applications, and Distributed File System (DFS). This role focuses on day-to-day administration, user support, and operational excellence within the Workplace technology portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft collaboration or file services
  • Intermediate experience administering SharePoint Online
  • Intermediate experience administering OneDrive for Business
  • Intermediate experience supporting Windows Server DFS and NTFS permissions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI Administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, Data Lifecycle, or eDiscovery)
  • Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell)
  • Experience working in large enterprise or global environments
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for troubleshooting, system insights, and operational efficiency, with an understanding of data quality, security, and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support SharePoint Online sites, permissions, libraries, and basic configurations
  • Administer and support OneDrive for Business including user issues, storage management, and policy enforcement
  • Support and maintain DFS namespaces and replication, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and access management
  • Assist with migrations, onboarding, and offboarding activities related to file shares and collaboration services
  • Document configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks
  • Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure availability, performance, and compliance
  • Provide tier 2 support and guidance to end users and service desk teams
