About The Position

As a Workplace Ambassador with JLL's Experience Services team, you will be the face of exceptional workplace hospitality, creating memorable first impressions and lasting partnerships with employees, guests, and visitors. This dual-focused role combines professional reception operations with proactive workplace support, ensuring seamless experiences from arrival through departure. You will serve as a key liaison between various service teams, maintaining welcoming environments while delivering the superior workplace experiences that set JLL apart in the industry and contribute directly to client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, workplace services, or office support roles
  • Demonstrated ability to engage professionally and confidently with employees and guests at all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage shifting daily priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic workplace systems for communication and documentation
  • Physical ability to lift 15-30 pounds for routine stocking and support tasks with regular walking throughout facilities
  • Reliable, team-oriented professional who can work independently while maintaining composure in high-traffic situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear professional interactions across multiple channels

  • Previous experience in corporate reception or front desk operations within professional office environments
  • Familiarity with security badging systems, visitor management platforms, and workplace service protocols
  • Background in event support or meeting coordination within corporate or hospitality settings
  • Experience with work order systems and basic facility maintenance communication processes

Responsibilities

  • Greet employees, visitors, and guests with warm professionalism while managing check-in processes, security badging, and wayfinding in accordance with site protocols
  • Maintain a polished front desk presence, respond to incoming calls and inquiries, and provide information about workplace services, building amenities, and local resources
  • Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to ensure workplace areas remain stocked, orderly, and aligned with service standards across assigned spaces
  • Restock supplies including pantry items, snacks, copier stations, and general materials while supporting light room resets for meeting and conference spaces
  • Submit work orders and communicate maintenance, cleaning, or technical issues to appropriate teams for prompt resolution
  • Provide scheduled and ad-hoc coverage for reception team members during breaks, approved time off, and low-traffic periods
  • Support meeting and event needs, mailroom operations, and routine operational tasks to ensure consistent daily service delivery
