Requirements

5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels.

Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of production line personnel.

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs.

Prepare daily production reports and communicate operational status to management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
