About The Position

We are seeking an innovative HR Specialist experienced in Skills Transformation and Mergers & Acquisitions to spearhead strategic initiatives that position our organization for the future of work. This role blends expertise in skills transformation, M&A integration, and Project Management to accelerate digital transformation and foster cultural agility within a dynamic IT environment. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and technology stakeholders to design and implement programs that build workforce capabilities, drive engagement, and align talent strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in IT or technology-driven organization.
  • Proven experience in Skills Transformation strategy and execution.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, talent management, and organizational design.
  • General Project Management experience.
  • Familiarity with IT industry trends (Cloud, AI, DevOps) and their impact on workforce needs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • HR-related acquisition and divestiture experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Skills Transformation Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute skills transformation strategies aligned with business objectives and technology trends.
  • Conduct skills gap analysis and create competency frameworks for emerging IT roles.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of scalable learning programs and certification pathways for technical and leadership roles.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Drive HR integration strategies during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment of talent, culture, and organizational structures.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
  • Project Management
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Track milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences across the organization.
  • Develop communication strategies that drive engagement and transparency during transformation.
