Job Summary: The Workforce Training and Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Workforce Training and Development Manager by coordinating, facilitating, and enhancing workforce training initiatives across the organization. This position ensures that staff receive high-quality, engaging learning experiences that foster professional growth, strengthen organizational performance, and uphold compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The Specialist will design and deliver training in both individual and group settings, manage training logistics, assist with onboarding processes, and serve as a point of contact for training-related communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create dynamic, interactive training experiences that inspire and equip staff for success.
