You will work closely with clients to analyse their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive and equitable compensation structures, and develop cost-effective and attractive benefits packages. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity As part of the Workforce Consulting team you provide specialized consultation in job architecture design, skills taxonomy, and compensation frameworks to drive organizational effectiveness. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for achieving project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate and inspire others to deliver quality. This role involves collaborating with clients to execute project strategies, aligning talent architecture initiatives with business goals, and contributing to the development of PwC's intellectual property in talent architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management
  • 5 years of experience in consulting or HR strategy roles with a focus on job architecture, compensation design, or learning and managing large-scale complex projects/programs
